How can I place an order?
If you are a new customer, the quickest and easiest way to place an order, is to email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0409 164 037. If you are a current customer, you can email, call or fax your orders through (fax 03 9580 2745).

How long does it take to process my order?
Most products are readily available and can be dispatched within 24 hours of finalising the ordering process (not including weekends or Public Holidays).
Do Handikup deliver interstate?
Yes we deliver interstate via Australia post or a freight company. The cost for the freight will be additional to the total order.
Do Handikup deliver internationaly?
No we do not.
Do you have branches in other states?
No, all our transactions are made from Melbourne.
Do you have a minimum value order?
Generally for freight paid Melbourne metro the minimum order is $100.00 and interstate the minimum is $100.00 plus freight. Arrangements can be made for smaller orders.
Do you print on paper bags etc?
Almost all our products can be printed on. (This requires prior arrangements and additional costs.)
What are your minimum quantities for printing?
This depends on the product to be printed, contact our office for a quick response.
Will you store my printed stock, if so for how long?
The maximum time unless other arrangements have been made is 3 months.
How can I pay for my order?
Unless you have an ongoing account we accept payment by COD, Direct Debit or Cleared Cheque in advance.
Can I get a sample?
Yes, any reasonable request for samples.
